When you think of Porsche, what’s the first thing that comes to mind? It presumably isn’t ice cream — but that could be changing come this weekend. The Stuttgart marque is collaborating with Chicago-based creamery Pretty Cool Ice Cream to release a handful of limited-edition novelty pops inspired by Porsche’s signature paint colors.

Seeing as July 17 is National Ice Cream Day, this announcement couldn’t have come at a better time. There are five flavors to choose from, and each one sounds as delectable as the next. Starting with the pictured Mint Green, it’s concocted from mint cookies and cream ice cream and then coated in mint-colored white chocolate. Next is Strawberry Red, which is made with cream cheese ice cream and real freeze-dried strawberries, then rounded out with a red strawberry shell.

Moving on to Macadamia Metallic, it boasts a roasted macadamia nut flavor and is coated in a macadamia-colored, metallic chocolate shell. The last two delicacies, Frozen Berry Metallic and Lime Gold Metallic, are particularly fruity. The former features tart black raspberry ice cream with a frozen berry Ruby chocolate exterior, while the latter consists of key lime pie ice cream coated in a glistening, lime gold-colored caramel shell.

You don’t have to be familiar with Porsche’s paint portfolio to enjoy this array of auto-inspired desserts. Chicago locals will be able to pick up the limited ice cream pops from Pretty Cool Ice Cream, but they will also be available at select Porsche events later this year for non-midwesterners.
